Directly from Chelmsford, the organization of the Jamboree us that the weather has only touched the area, but we expect more water and - especially - so much mud.
short, Essex seems to be the driest area of \u200b\u200bthe UK ... but obviously we want to remember that we must absolutely be properly equipped still ... because the rain will be there and will definitely be nice to see the whole ' rainbow without being drenched!
